Hey, can we stay at your hotel for self quarantine ?

Our hotel is not a self-isolation hotel, so you can't stay.

Do you have shuttle service from the Incheon Airport?

You can take bus No. 6777 from Incheon Airport.

Hi can Singapore travellers under the Korea-Singapore Vaccinated Travel Lane arrangement stay at ur hotel? We do not need to be quarantined but we have to wait in the room for a few hours while waiting for the PCR results to be out.

I'm sorry, but only guests who received PCR voice can stay at our hotel. You can't stay while waiting for the result.

Good value for money to experience Incheon.

Nice location, close to the park as well as the mall. The room is comfortable (toilet has different buttons), there are bottled refreshments (water, tea, candies, small cookie) which are freely provided close to the reception. There is also a personal wi-fi in the room and staffs are very helpful.

The location is good, very near to the subway station. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The location is good, very near to the subway. There's a convenient store below the hotel.

There isn't any eatery nearby. A bit of walking distant if needed.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, especially if you will visit Songdo Convensia for business. There is a bus stop and metro station nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. The view of my room was beautiful. I did not use the Cafe therefore I have no idea about breakfast.

There was no option for early breakfast.

Hotel was conveniently located. A CU mini-mart is attached to the property for extra convenience. Parking is Free. Place is well within walking distance of restaurants and food. Good place to lay your head if you are in the Incheon area for a short time. There was a total of 3 adults in the room we stayed in. The beds were comfortable and big enough for two full grown adults to fit on one bed.

This place would have better reviews from us if it was cleaner. The toilet bowl had a bidet attached to it. It was moldy and had either chocolate or feces smeared on the numbers of the bidet controller, we didn't test it. We carry Clorox wipes with us so we wiped it down and carried on with our lives.

Wonderful

The room was nice and comfy and although we had an issue with a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom, they immediately changed our room to a corner room that had a better view and some complimentary coffee and snacks too! The staff were very nice and helpful and the location was nice as well.

Panoramic view, room temperature.

Front desk asked extra €€€ for 3rd person, when booking was for 3, not 2 guests; room booked prepared for 2 guests, not 3 (towels, bath rope, slippers, coffee...) ; no shampoo.

Excellent access to the Incheon subway line 1: This hotel locates very close to Songdo Conventia and is accessible to other key institutions in Songdo International Business District. This hotel also has "nice-to-have" facilities for business-trip visitors including a coin laundry (which you need to prepare 12 coins of 500KRW), a business center, and a convenience store.

When someone in other rooms use water, I heard strange (alert-like) sound, which probably came from drain pipes.

The location is very near the subway . Very advisable to stay here if you want to explore the beauty of Songdo Park and visit the nearest Outlet store. Comfy bed. The staff is also very accommodating.

The side chair inside the room needs some foming refurbishment.

I liked how welcoming the staff were. Steve at the front desk helped me out well. Thanks again!

The heater was on way too high when I first entered the room.
